Neveria located inside Havana Tower on the ground floor. They have 8 - 10 flavors of ice cream and food/snacks. The coconut ice cream was very good. The nice thing was that this was real ice cream and not soft serve or frozen yogurt found in other places in the adjacent shopping center.
Service was fast and friendly, but it helps if you speak Spanish. If not, check the menu before you order to facilitate communication. The space is small with a few tables.
There's plenty of parking around the building.
